Accounting Manager $90,000 - $120,000 | Columbus, OH Are you ready to take your accounting career to the next level? We're seeking a high-potential Accounting Manager to join our growing team in Columbus, OH. What You'll Do:
Oversee daily accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, reconciliations, month-end close) Partner with leadership on budgets, forecasting, and financial analysis Develop processes and controls to support growth and efficiency Mentor and guide junior staff as the department expands Prepare to step into the Controller role
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 7+ years of accounting/finance experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Leadership potential with a drive to grow into a Controller role CPA preferred, but not required
