High-visibility role partnering with executive leadership Our ideal Director of Revenue Operations brings: 7-10+ years in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or related experience
Proven experience scaling revenue operations in a growth environment
Strong expertise in forecasting, analytics, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross‑functional alignment
What You'll Do:
Own and optimize the full revenue lifecycle (lead → close → retention)
Drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline management, and performance analytics
Align Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Technology, and Finance around shared goals
Build scalable processes to improve conversion, efficiency, and client lifetime value
Oversee CRM and RevOps tech stack strategy (Salesforce + integrations)
Deliver actionable insights through dashboards, KPIs, and reporting
