You will manage the company's revenue system and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting policies, support organization-wide training on revenue procedures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Legal, FP&A, and Operations. Education :

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field required.

Certification:

CPA license preferred

Skills:

Excellent PC skills with spreadsheet and word processing experience; Excellent command of the English language in both written and oral forms; Advanced Accounting skills; Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills; Strong attention to detail; Previous experience with Yardi or Property Accounting preferred

Years of Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in lead accounting roles; Experience in a senior living facility or healthcare setting is highly desirable

Physical Demands :

Sit for extended periods. Occasionally lift between 1-30 pounds. Walk throughout the office as needed. Maintain visual acuity and good hearing.
