Job Overview:
As a Finance Manager , you will work closely with customers, sales consultants, and lending institutions to structure competitive financing packages. You will play a vital role in enhancing profitability, ensuring legal compliance, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Secure and finalize financing and lease options for customers Present and sell extended warranties, protection plans, and other finance-related products Establish and maintain relationships with banks and lending institutions Ensure all deals comply with federal, state, and dealership regulations Accurately complete and submit all required paperwork and contracts Work closely with the sales team to maximize profitability and improve closing rates Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve any financing concerns Stay updated on industry trends, lender programs, and compliance regulations
Qualifications & Skills:
2+ years of experience in automotive finance, sales, or a related field preferred Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lending practices, and regulatory requirements Excellent negotiation, sales, and communication skills Ability to build rapport with customers and provide a seamless financing experience Detail-oriented with strong organizational and compliance management skills Proficiency with dealership finance software and tools Valid driver's license and clean driving record Why Join Seth Wadley Auto Group?
