About the Role We are seeking an Accounting Manager to lead financial accounting operations and support accurate financial reporting across multiple entities. This role oversees daily accounting functions, manages a team of accounting professionals, and ensures compliance with GAAP while driving process improvements and operational efficiency. Full-Time | Days (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

Salary:

Starting at $90,000+ , based on experience

Relocation Assistance :

Available for eligible candidates Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting Review monthly financial statements for accuracy and completeness Lead month-end and year-end close processes Support annual budget development and capital planning Coordinate annual audits and prepare supporting documentation Supervise and mentor a team of 10-15 accounting staff Maintain and improve accounting systems, processes, and internal controls Collaborate with department leaders to provide financial insights and reporting

Qualifications Required :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting Supervisory or leadership experience Strong reconciliation and financial reporting experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

Healthcare accounting experience Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification 5+ years of accounting experience in a complex financial environment
