What You'll Be Doing:

Be a strategic finance partner to Synopsys' Global Workplaces & Real Estate leadership and their staffs to influence long-range and annual plans, strategic initiatives, and capital investments. Manage, forecast, and report on headcount, recurring costs, investments, and expected returns associated with Synopsys' global real estate footprint Partner with leadership on site selection/disposition analyses Execute ad hoc projects as needed to support leadership on key business decisions Prepare presentations with recommendations to management Leverage the latest analytical tools to deliver support with optimal efficiency Collaborate with the broader finance team and indirect resources to meet and exceed responsibilities

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; MBA preferred Minimum of 6 years of related experience Experience in supporting and scaling major functions or business units efficiently Strong financial and operational planning and reporting skills coupled with solid business acumen Experience with financial systems including Anaplan and SAP; strong proficiency with Excel Must have a desire to
