The Finance Manager should be an experienced F&I professional who consistently delivers strong results while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and customer satisfaction. A culture that puts people first, where your contributions truly matter Opportunities for professional development and career advancement A dynamic, fast-growing luxury brand where your skills can make a real impact The chance to work with a passionate team dedicated to delivering a premium, world-class customer experience Finance Manager Job Responsibilities Oversee all F&I operations and ensure full compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations Maintain daily CIT and cash management processes Structure and present finance options tailored to each customer's needs Offer and explain service contracts, GAP, and other protection products Complete all paperwork accurately and ethically to protect lender relationships Drive monthly performance targets for income, product penetration, and CSI Lead by example and support overall store profitability Deliver a premium, luxury-level customer experience from start to finish
Finance Manager Compensation and Benefits Pay Range:
Make between $7,000 to $12,000.00 a month! Corporate Hiring Requirements:
