We deliver reliable, real-time financial data through cloud-based technology, empowering business leaders to make confident decisions. Role Summary The KAS Manager leads a talented accounting team and manages a client portfolio. This role blends hands-on leadership, client advisory, and process innovation to ensure accurate reporting, client satisfaction, and continued growth of the KAS division. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals Oversee client engagements from planning through delivery in a financial controller type role Maintain strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities Ensure timely and accurate monthly/quarterly closes and reporting Design and implement efficient workflows leveraging modern cloud-based accounting tools Drive adoption of technology and best practices across the department Qualifications Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field required;

CPA/CMA/MBA

preferred 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ in management, this could be a combination of CPA firm, CFO and/or Controllership roles Proven success in client relationship management and staff development • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Gusto and Microsoft Office Suite Strong analytical judgment, leadership, and communication skills Entrepreneurial mindset focused on innovation and results Why Join Our Team?
