Job Description

Royal ReFresh is seeking an experienced Accounting and Office Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, resourceful, dependable, and solution-focused, with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. This role plays a key part in supporting efficient accounting operations while also helping support overall office and branch operations in a fast paced, team oriented environment. Our team is collaborative and hands on. Team members regularly support one another across departments during major projects, installations, and high growth periods. The right candidate will enjoy variety, problem solving, and being part of a growing company where no two days are exactly the same.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday Responsibilities:
Manage A/R and A/P processes Prepare aging reports and follow up with delinquent accounts Work with outside bookkeeper on financials using QuickBooks and assist with reporting as needed Calculate and prepare commission statements Count, track, and reconcile cash/coin from machines and markets and prepare weekly bank deposits Post payments and resolve payment discrepancies Process payments via credit cards and reconcile company credit card statements Support office operations including mail, inventory, ordering supplies, safety initiatives, and special projects Request, track, and manage insurance certificates and policies with brokers Monitor and maintain tax payments, business licenses, permits, and renewals Support smooth office and branch operations by identifying gaps, resolving issues, and improving processes as needed Assist Human Resources with onboarding employees, payroll support, company events, and administrative projects as needed Assist with operational and administrative support during busy periods, company initiatives, and special projects Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications - Education and Experience 5+ years of experience in accounting and office management Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and math skills Self-starter with a positive attitude Ability to prioritize and manage multiple critical tasks and deadlines Ability to adapt in a fast paced, growing company environment Must be able to maintain confidentiality

$68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
