Overview:

We're partnering with a growing manufacturing organization that is looking to bring on a hands-on Accounting Manager to support their Controller and help lead a team through a period of transformation and growth. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys stepping into evolving environments, building structure, and making a real impact across accounting operations. What You'll Be Doing Lead and mentor accounting staff, including direct oversight of Accounts Payable Manage day-to-day AP operations (invoicing, payments, vendor management) Support month-end and year-end close (journal entries, accruals, reconciliations) Oversee inventory accounting, including reconciliations and month-end adjustments Review financials (P&L, balance sheet, GL) and perform variance analysis Ensure accurate reporting in compliance with GAAP Help improve processes and strengthen internal controls Support ERP transition efforts (Amtech/EnCore) and system improvements Assist with projects like transitioning from check payments to ACH What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of accounting experience with increasing responsibility Prior leadership or supervisory experience Strong understanding of GAAP Manufacturing experience (inventory, raw materials, etc.) is a big plus Experience with ERP systems (Amtech/EnCore preferred) Someone who is organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Why This Role? Pay:
