Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the financial accounting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
  • Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in corporate finance
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department-Process Accounts Payable Billings and Checks-Process weekly payroll
  • Perform weekly bank reconciliation and cash management
  • Daily management of global cash balances for all expenditures
  • Perform month end Close, including balance sheets and Income Statements
  • File sales and use taxes as applicable
  • Prepare regulatory reports in compliance with applicable laws and standards
  • Coordinate with CPA firms to file annual tax returns
  • Working with management on insurance renewals
  • Maintain fixed asset records and record monthly depreciation
  • Utilize Sage 300 to keep accurate cost tracking, accruals, and depreciations
  • Comply with and submit all necessary government reporting for business functions
  • Process Accounts Payable Billings and Checks
  • Ensure all invoices are processed to ensure on time payments
  • Maintain all financial, insurance, and other relevant information in an organized and complete manner.
