J. Maurer Motor Co., Inc. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for arranging vehicle financing, presenting protection products, ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position offers the opportunity to work in a respected, family-owned dealership with a strong reputation, loyal customer base, and a commitment to long-term success. Responsibilities Secure financing and leasing options for vehicle purchasers through lender relationships. Present and sell finance and insurance (F&I) products including service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, and other protection products. Structure deals to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction and lender compliance. Review credit applications and obtain financing approvals. Ensure all deal paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant with dealership, manufacturer, lender, federal, and state requirements. Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and finance sources. Achieve and exceed department goals for product penetration and profitability. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth vehicle delivery process. Monitor CIT, funding, and contract processing to ensure timely completion. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the finance process. Stay current on lender programs, compliance regulations, and industry best practices. Qualifications Previous Automotive Finance Manager experience preferred. Proven track record of finance product sales and profitability. Strong understanding of automotive lending and credit analysis. Knowledge of RouteOne, dealer management systems, and lender portals. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment. Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Preferred Experience Franchise dealership experience preferred. Ford experience is a plus but not required. Familiarity with menu-selling and digital contracting tools. Understanding of state and federal compliance regulations including Truth in Lending, OFAC, Red Flags, Safeguards Rule, and related F&I requirements.
