Job Description
Position Summary The Finance Manager is responsible for arranging vehicle financing, presenting finance and protection products, ensuring compliance with dealership and lender requirements, and providing an exceptional customer experience throughout the vehicle purchase process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Meet with customers to discuss financing and leasing options. Secure financing approvals through banks and lending institutions. Present and sell finance and insurance (F&I) products, including service contracts, GAP coverage, and vehicle protection plans. Prepare and process all required finance and sales documents accurately. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations. Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions. Review deals for accuracy and profitability before funding. Assist sales staff with financing questions and deal structure. Follow dealership policies and maintain customer confidentiality. Deliver a professional and positive customer experience. Qualifications Previous automotive finance, sales, or dealership experience preferred. Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of automotive financing, lending practices, and compliance requirements. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance goals. Proficiency with dealership management and finance software. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the dealership as needed. Ability to operate standard office equipment and computer systems.
