Automotive Finance Assistant

Description of the role: The Automotive Finance Assistant at Renn Kirby Gettysburg will play a crucial role in assisting the Sales Manager in all aspects of automotive finance operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of automotive financing processes.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Sales Manager in preparing and reviewing financial documents, including loan contracts and lease agreements Prepare and input financial data into the company's finance system accurately and efficiently Process customer credit applications and verify the information provided Communicate with customers to collect necessary documentation and resolve any finance-related inquiries Maintain and update financial records and files in accordance with company policies and procedures Assist with calculating and presenting finance options to customers, ensuring transparency and compliance with regulations

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in automotive finance or a similar role preferred Proficiency in using finance-related software and tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong interpersonal and communication skills
