Automotive Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities Structure financing to protect gross profit and maintain strong deal margins Build and maintain relationships with lenders Drive revenue through the sale of F&I products (service contracts, GAP, credit insurance, maintenance plans) Ensure accuracy and completion of all deal paperwork Secure customer signatures, payoff details, and insurance information Submit finance and lease deals for approval through appropriate channels Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Review contracts for accuracy (titles, liens, taxes, etc.) before submission to accounting Present and explain service and financing options clearly to customers Maintain lender programs and alternative financing sources Monitor finance penetration and prepare related reports Train and support sales staff on F&I products and processes Collaborate with sales leadership to maximize profitability per deal Ensure full turnover to the F&I department Maintain a professional and organized work environment Qualifications 2+ years of experience in an F&I Manager role or similar within the automotive industry Valid driver's license Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
