Job Description

The Finance Manager performs a number of vital functions, including reviewing and confirming the agreed-upon sales figures, preparing salespeople to confer with customers about needed services or products, consulting with customers to determine their wants and needs and presenting products to fulfill them, obtaining credit approval, and preparing delivery documentation. Throughout the process, the Finance Manager must practice strict legal compliance and ethical behavior.
Job Duties Include:
Provides customers with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties Converts cash deals to finance Processes finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner Processes all federal, state and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transactions Understands and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new vehicle and used vehicle and finance department Completes paperwork necessary for vehicle sales and leases in a timely and efficient manner Checks all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc., before forwarding to accounting Acquires and maintains current state insurance license, completing continuing credit insurance education as needed Provides customers with a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies Maintain programs that will ensure 100 percent turnover to the finance department Provides sales force and sales managers with current information about finance and lease programs continually Assist the Sales Team with lease and finance payoffs Report to the sales managers to secure a reasonable profit from every sale Ensures collection of all finance fees Works closely with the GSM and Sales Managers on departmental objectives and ensures that they are achieved Handles all rate quotations Develops and monitors guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction Maintains a professional appearance Attends sales meetings Performs other duties as assigned Finance Manager 2.6 2.6 out of 5 stars Lancaster, PA 17601 Full-time Lancaster County Motors Subaru 35 reviews Full-time The Finance Manager performs a number of vital functions, including reviewing and confirming the agreed-upon sales figures, preparing salespeople to confer with customers about needed services or products, consulting with customers to determine their wants and needs and presenting products to fulfill them, obtaining credit approval, and preparing delivery documentation.
