Finance Manager, Automotive
OEM USCA PPG
Industries, Inc 401(k) United States, Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh One PPG Place (Show on map) May 16, 2026 As the Finance Manager, Automotive OEM USCA, you will perform analysis for long-range planning and strategy development and recommend actions to improve profitability and achieve long-term growth. Become a strategic, valued partner to the Automotive Coatings Commercial team! You will report to Finance Director, Automotive Americas. Work schedule:
Hybrid- 3 days onsite at the General Office in Pittsburgh, PA and 2 days remotely.
Responsibilities:
Provide financial data and insight for preparation of annual budgets and BSR, and monthly financial analysis. Visit customer sites to gain an understanding of the key products and processes within the customer paint shops and build relationships with the OEM plant PPG site teams. Build and maintain interactive economic models that support "What If" scenarios of material/process changes and provide valuable insights through Business case analysis. Capture and analyze all market, competitive, and economic data to support strategy development, new product planning, and analysis of new business opportunities, including acquisitions, joint ventures, etc. Develop and follow key success factors to assure business strategy is successfully executed. Support PPG-Kansai (PKAF) joint venture President and global finance director for PKAF board reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in finance, accounting, economics or similar required. 5+ years of finance experience within FP&A. HFM and Oracle knowledge• Prior business partnering experience. Advanced Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP systems. PPG /PPG
