Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as an Automotive Finance Manager, where your expertise will drive customer satisfaction and dealership success. In this pivotal role, you will lead the financing process, assist customers in securing optimal loan options, and ensure compliance with all financial regulations. Your energetic approach and strong negotiation skills will help create a seamless buying experience while maximizing dealership profitability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your background in financial services, loan processing, and customer relationship management to make a meaningful impact every day. Responsibilities Guide customers through the financing process, explaining loan options, terms, and conditions clearly and confidently. Analyze credit reports and financial documents to determine loan eligibility and appropriate financing solutions. Negotiate terms with lenders and customers to secure favorable deals that meet both parties' needs. Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, insurance packages, and service plans to enhance customer value. Ensure all contracts comply with federal regulations including TILA (Truth in Lending Act) and dealership policies. Process loan applications efficiently using financial software, Title processing systems, and other dealership tools. Maintain detailed records of all transactions, including credit analysis, contracts, and loan documentation for audit readiness. Qualifications Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar financial services role within a dealership or automotive environment is required. Strong customer relationship management skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Knowledge of credit analysis, contract negotiation, and loan processing procedures. Familiarity with automotive sales processes and dealership operations. Proficiency in financial software applications and 10-key typing for accurate data entry. Excellent math skills for calculating payments, interest rates, and deal structures. Ability to interpret legal documents such as TILA disclosures and credit reports effectively. Demonstrated negotiation skills to close deals confidently while maintaining compliance standards.
