What You'll Need:
Minimum 2-3 years of dealership Finance Manager experience Strong knowledge of F&I products, menus, and compliance Established relationships with prime and secondary lenders Ability to work all types of deals — cash, finance, and lease Clean background and a verifiable track record of performance
