Financial Manager Certara USA, Inc. United States, Pennsylvania, Wayne 4 Radnor Corporate Center (Show on map) Jun 12, 2026 Overview Who Is Certara? Certara accelerates medicines using proprietary biosimulation software, technology and services to transform traditional drug discovery and development. Its clients include more than 2,000 biopharmaceutical companies, academic institutions and regulatory agencies across 62 countries. Certara touches more than 80% of all drugs that are approved by the FDA and is constantly working to efficiently and effectively guide its customers through drug approval.
The Role:
The Finance Manager plays a critical role in supporting commercial performance, revenue/bookings/ARR forecasting, and financial planning. The role will report to the Director of Commercial Finance. This position leads key analytical processes, partners closely with Finance, Marketing, and Commercial leadership, and provides insights that directly influence revenue growth, sales effectiveness, and strategic decisionmaking.
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Provide analytical insights on key GTM KPIs and triangulate revenue, ARR, and bookings performance Coordinate software revenue and bookings forecast with BU stakeholders Prepare and own the existing ARR model Provide monthly executive ARR reporting while enhancing existing visualizations Manage the Commercial and Marketing forecasting process including variance analysis Participate in the annual planning process, contributing financial models and ARR/Booking forecasts that support longterm strategic objectives. Support the sales quotasetting process. Collaborate crossfunctionally to improve financial processes, enhance reporting tools, and strengthen datadriven decisionmaking across the organization. Provide highquality financial support to senior leaders, maintaining strong relationships with Finance, Business Unit, and Commercial leadership teams. Build ad-hoc financial frameworks to assist with strategic decision making within the commercial organization
Qualifications Education, Experience, Training, and Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required 5-7 years of professional relevant experience in accounting, corporate finance, or strategic finance business partnership High proficiency in excel/PowerPoint and other MS products Experience with Netsuite and Salesforce a plus Certara bases all employment-related decision on merit, taking into consideration qualifications, skills, achievement, and performance.
