Full-Time Henderson Drake is partnering with a growing advisory firm that continues to invest in its Accounting Advisory capability across the U.S. As client demand increases, the firm is looking to appoint an Accounting Advisory Manager to help lead complex engagements and support businesses through significant financial and operational events. This opportunity is well suited to someone who enjoys applying technical accounting expertise to real business challenges. You'll work closely with finance executives, provide practical guidance on complex accounting matters, and play an important role in developing both client relationships and junior team members. What you will be doing Manage accounting advisory engagements covering technical accounting, financial reporting, and transaction support Advise clients throughout acquisitions, divestitures, IPO readiness, carve-outs, and other strategic initiatives Prepare and review technical accounting papers, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and regulatory requirements Partner with CFOs, Controllers, and finance leadership teams to resolve complex accounting issues Oversee engagement delivery, maintaining quality, timelines, and client expectations Coach and mentor Consultants and Senior Consultants across multiple projects Support business development through strong client relationships and repeat engagements What you will bring 5+ years of experience within public accounting, accounting advisory, or transaction advisory Active CPA licence Strong technical expertise in US GAAP and financial reporting Experience supporting clients through complex accounting and reporting matters Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements in a consulting environment A collaborative approach to leadership and team development Why this opportunity Join a growing Accounting Advisory practice with an expanding client portfolio Work on technically challenging engagements across a variety of industries Gain direct exposure to senior finance leaders and executive decision-makers Long-term career progression within a high-growth consulting environment Fully remote role with competitive compensation and benefits Apply confidentially: ???? a.okolo@hendersondrake.com
