Accounting Advisory Manager ???? Seattle, Washington | Remote | Full-Time Henderson Drake is working with a growing accounting advisory practice that supports some genuinely interesting clients across the US, from high-growth private businesses and PE-backed organisations through to public companies dealing with complex reporting and accounting challenges. This is a role for someone who enjoys getting into the technical detail, takes ownership of their engagements, and is comfortable being the person clients rely on when things get complicated. What You'll Be Doing Leading advisory engagements across technical accounting and financial reporting matters Supporting clients through transactions including acquisitions, carve-outs, IPO readiness, and restructuring Providing guidance on

US GAAP, SEC
