Full-Time Henderson Drake is supporting the growth of an expanding accounting advisory practice that works with a broad range of clients across the U.S., including high-growth private businesses, PE-backed organisations, and public companies navigating complex accounting and reporting challenges. This role is suited to someone who enjoys technical problem-solving, working directly with finance stakeholders, and taking ownership of challenging client engagements within a collaborative advisory environment. What you will be doing Lead accounting advisory engagements across technical accounting and financial reporting matters Support clients through transactions including acquisitions, carve-outs, IPO readiness, and restructuring activity Provide guidance on

US GAAP, SEC

reporting, and other complex accounting areas Prepare and review technical accounting memos and client deliverables Act as a key day-to-day contact for clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders What you will bring 4+ years of experience within public accounting, accounting advisory, or transaction services CPA qualification required Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge Experience working directly with senior finance stakeholders in client-facing environments Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills Why this role Exposure to complex and high-impact advisory engagements Opportunity to work closely with experienced leadership teams Clear progression within a growing accounting advisory practice Flexible remote working environment Competitive compensation and long-term career development
