Job Description:
Mike Cox of Robert Half in Los Angeles is recruiting a newly created Accounting Manager position for a growing plaintiff law firm in Los Angeles. While they are fully remote they would like candidates to reside in Los Angeles. Reporting to the Founder/CEO the Accounting Manager will be fully responsible for accounting as well financial reporting, analysis, budgets and forecasts. The candidate will also be the point of contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day company accounts Assist with financial planning while overseeing the budget/forecasting process. Oversight of IOLTA Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years experience in accounting, month end process, IOLTA Proficiency with a financial software Understanding of US GAAP Law firm or professional services required
