Job Description
Accounting Manager plays a key role in providing exceptional service to our clientele. This role has career growth opportunity with a clearly defined path to Income Partner (Branch Partner). A successful candidate for this position will be client focused, self-motivated, caring, open to change, and versatile with their tax, accounting, and advisory expertise. Responsibilities Accounting Manage client projects Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements Identifying client issues/deficiencies and assist with recommending solutions Managing client compliance deadlines Manage and maintain client relationships Communicating frequently and effectively with client contacts Executing projects in a timely, efficient manner Onboarding new clients Tax Prepare client tax projections Assist in preparing & reviewing individual and business tax returns Advisory Conduct client meetings Financial statement analysis Providing advice to clients centered on their accounting and finance functions General Managing staff assigned Manage miscellaneous projects assigned by Partner Manage and conduct staff meetings Travel to client office or client location as necessary Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field Active CPA or EA license required 3+ years of experience in accounting and tax services
