Senior Cost Accounting Manager Salary:
$100,000 – $135,000 + 10% bonus

Lead cost accounting and inventory processes to ensure accurate financial reporting Manage and develop a small team (cost analyst and staff accountant) Analyze manufacturing performance, including labor and operational efficiencies Partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams Drive forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow analysis initiatives Identify and implement process improvements across cost and operational workflows Qualifications for the
