None Required The Opportunity You will serve as a critical operational leader, driving the financial organization and accuracy of a growing electrical and controls company. This role allows you to build systems, support field operations, and protect company organization alongside an executive team that values your leadership. You will have the autonomy to optimize accounting workflows and become a trusted part of long-term organizational development. How You Will Make an Impact Administer daily accounting operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable to maintain precise financial tracking. Formulate and manage standardized accounting workflows within Trimble Viewpoint Spectrum to maximize ERP efficiency. Coordinate directly with project managers to review job costing, purchase orders, and commitments. Evaluate vendor invoices, credit card statements, and bank accounts through rigorous monthly reconciliations. Oversaw the tracking and collection of subcontractor lien waivers and project billing documentation to ensure full compliance. Prepare accurate financial reports and monthly tax documentation to give leadership clear operational visibility. Develop long-term organizational systems that support company culture, internal accountability, and team growth.  Required Qualifications & Experience Prior professional experience specifically tied to construction accounting workflows. Demonstrated knowledge of handling lien waivers, project billing, and construction documentation. Strong proficiency in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reconciliations. Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality, organizational structure, and professionalism. Extensive experience operating and executing workflows within Trimble Viewpoint Spectrum ERP software. Preferred Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of related professional work experience in financial accounting. Prior accounting experience working within the commercial construction or electrical contracting field. Experience coordinating directly with clients, project management, vendors, and internal operations teams. Background in supporting ERP system implementations or financial process improvement initiatives.
