Remote We are looking for a proactive person who anticipates needs, solves problems before they escalate, and operates with total independence. What You'll Own Day-to-Day Operations Weekly bank feed categorization across all accounts (Chase, PayPal, Shopify, Amex, line of credit) Accounts payable: bill entry, vendor setup, W-9 collection, payment processing, and weekly approval reporting to founders AR collections follow-up on wholesale accounts (Revolve, Faire, and others) Payroll journal entries and coordination with payroll provider Month-End Close Full balance sheet reconciliations: Shopify clearing, PayPal, AR, gift card liability, prepaid expenses, credit cards, line of credit, AP, shareholder loans Inventory reconciliation using Webgility and FitShipper data across Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Square/POS Journal entries, P&L variance review, and close package delivered to founders Forecasting 13-week rolling cash flow forecast, updated bi-weekly and shared with founders Reforecast updates as inventory buys, wholesale orders, or other material changes arise Compliance Annual 1099 prep and filing Sales tax coordination with Numeral What We're Looking For 4+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, ideally with a fashion or e-commerce brand Strong QuickBooks Online proficiency: reconciliations, journal entries, class tracking, custom reporting Experience with inventory accounting (COGS, item receipts, quantity adjustments) required Familiarity with Shopify, TikTok Shop, or Webgility is a strong plus Comfortable owning a cash flow forecast independently Communicates proactively and flags issues before they become problems Works well directly with founders, no layers needed

$3,000-4,500/month
