Contract for 3-6 months Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee General Ledger and Accounts Payable functions while leading the month-end close and financial reporting processes. This role will manage a team, ensure compliance with accounting policies, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Payable (AP) teams and daily operations Oversee the month-end and year-end close , including review of journal entries and account reconciliations Prepare and analyze financial results, including variance analysis and supporting schedules Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies, procedures, and controls Review and approve vendor payments and corporate credit card reconciliations Monitor AP processes to ensure alignment with vendor contracts and payment terms Identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting operations Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to accounting staff Support audits and assist with ad hoc projects and financial initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5-7+ years of progressive accounting experience 2-3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of financial reporting and general ledger processes Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with accounting systems Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and leadership abilities

Pay Details:
