Job Description
Accounts Manager (Finance + Relationship Growth) Overview We are looking for a motivated and well-rounded Accounts Manager to support both the financial health and growth of our healthcare organization. This role blends strong accounting leadership with relationship-building and community outreach. You'll play a key part in managing our financial operations while also being the face of our organization to current and prospective accounts—ensuring every partner feels supported, valued, and fully taken care of. This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days in the office focused on financial management and 2-3 days in the field building relationships, checking in on accounts, and growing our presence in the community. What You'll Do Financial Management Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger Perform reconciliations, journal entries, and ensure accuracy of financial records Prepare and review financial reports to support leadership decision-making Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) for efficient financial tracking Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal controls Account Management & Growth Regularly visit and check in with current accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities to better serve them Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners Support business growth through outreach, networking, and community engagement Identify and pursue new account opportunities through marketing and relationship-building efforts Represent the organization at community events and local initiatives Team & Collaboration Work closely with leadership to align financial performance with growth strategies Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on service and continuous improvement What We're Looking For Experience in financial management and accounting (QuickBooks or similar required) Background or interest in marketing, sales, or account management Strong organizational and analytical skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and in the field Ability to balance financial responsibilities with client-facing interactions Preferred (but not required) Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field Experience in healthcare, service-based industries, or community outreach Additional Details Hybrid schedule: 2-3 days in office / 2-3 days in the field Occasional evening or weekend community events may be required We are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude and drive Why Join Us?
