Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Banking Center Manager to lead daily branch operations while driving sales and business development. This role balances team leadership, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and relationship-based sales in a community banking environment. What You'll Do:
Oversee daily branch operations, compliance, and internal controls Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail banking team Drive deposit growth, loan referrals, and customer relationships Actively participate in community and business development efforts Ensure an exceptional customer experience and risk management Required Qualifications 5+ years of banking experience 2+ years of management or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of retail banking operations and regulations Proven sales leadership and customer relationship skills Work Environment
  • In-office role with minimal local travel

  • Ability to operate office equipment, including computers, telephones and printers
