Oversee claim submissions for completeness and accuracy, ensuring timely follow-up on denials and payment discrepancies. Manage remittance posting, account reconciliations, and collections to maximize cash flow and minimize outstanding receivables. Review cash receipts and explanations of benefits (EOBs) to ensure accurate billing and payment processing. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize revenue cycle processes and enhance partner experience. Conduct regular team check-ins to monitor performance, address issues, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Minimum 5+ years of work experience in billing and revenue cycle management Excellent written and verbal communication skills for all levels of management.
