CGP: Treasury Manager

Our Client is actively seeking a seasoned Treasury Operations Manager for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This position is fully remote, and the ideal candidate will bring a mature approach to teamwork and collaboration, with minimal need for ramp-up training. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $55 to $60 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and enhance the the treasury platform, ensuring all business unit requests are addressed promptly. Oversee daily cash management, including positioning and forecasting. Administer bank account operations, including opening and closing accounts across a network of over 400 accounts. Assist in the daily and month-end reconciliation processes, and support the Accounting team with mapping rules in treasury system. Contribute to M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration efforts concerning banking and treasury activities. Develop and maintain treasury policies and procedures to ensure robust internal controls.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of three years of related experience in treasury operations. Demonstrated expertise in cash management and a thorough understanding of treasury and banking operations. Strong analytical, organizational, and Excel skills. Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred.
