Job Description:
StevenDouglas has been exclusively engaged on a fantastic Commission Analyst career opportunity in Austin, Texas. •This role is remote, but you must live within 1.5 hours of Austin, Texas.•This role is responsible for managing the administration and tracking of distributor commissions, rebates, administrative fees, and other sales-related financial arrangements. This position ensures accurate calculation, reconciliation, and reporting of distributor commissions, rebates, and administrative fees while maintaining strong oversight of how these elements impact company revenue and expense recognition. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and operations teams.
Responsibilities will include the following:
Distributor Management Commission Administration Administrative Fee Management Financial Reconciliation & Reporting Direct Order Processing Process Improvement Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounting, commissions, or distributor accounting. Strong analytical and reconciliation skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite or similar) preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
