$110,000 – $125,000 We are partnering with a growing, dynamic company in the Sunrise, FL area seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager to join their expanding finance team. This role requires both strong technical expertise and proven leadership experience. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Supervise and mentor accounting staff (minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience required) Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures Partner cross-functionally with finance and operational teams Assist with audits and regulatory reporting Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the accounting function Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required) CPA strongly preferred Experience working within mid to large-size organizations Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory/leadership role Proven ability to be hands-on while managing a team Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills #LI-MP4 #
