Full-Time | MondayFriday | Standard Business HoursThe RoleWere looking for a Director of Revenue Cycle to lead Arbor Infusions end-to-end revenue cycle function as we build and scale our outpatient specialty infusion model.

This role will oversee referral intake, benefits verification, prior authorization, financial clearance, coding, billing, claims follow-up, denial management, collections, and revenue cycle reporting. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who understands specialty healthcare reimbursement, can build scalable processes, and can partner closely with clinical, operational, payer, and provider-facing teams to improve cash flow, compliance, and the patient experience.

In this role you will:

Lead the full revenue cycle process from referral intake through payment resolution.

Oversee benefits verification, prior authorizations, financial clearance, billing, coding, claims, collections, denials, and appeals.

Build scalable workflows, SOPs, dashboards, quality checks, and escalation processes.

Manage and develop team members supporting intake, authorization, billing, coding, collections, and AR follow-up.

Monitor key metrics including days in AR, denial rate, clean claim rate, cash collections, authorization turnaround time, and net collection rate.

Partner with clinical and operations teams to ensure documentation supports accurate billing and timely reimbursement.

Identify payer, process, documentation, and system issues that impact reimbursement and lead improvement efforts.

Provide oversight to payer enrollment, credentialing, contracting, fee schedule review, and new-site launch readiness.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, payer requirements, billing rules, and internal policies.

What were looking for:5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, preferably in specialty infusion, specialty pharmacy or physician practice3+ years of revenue cycle leadership experience.

Strong knowledge of intake, prior authorization, benefits verification, billing, coding, AR follow-up, denial management, appeals, and payer collections.

Experience with Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial payers.

Familiarity with infusion, specialty medications, buy-and-bill workflows, CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, modifiers, and payer authorization requirements strongly preferred.

Ability to interpret revenue cycle data, identify root causes, and drive measurable improvement.

Strong communication skills and comfort working with clinicians, operators, payors, vendors, patients, and referring providers.

Experience with EHR, practice management, billing, clearinghouse, payer portal, CRM, or reporting systems.

Bachelors degree strongly preferred; equivalent healthcare revenue cycle leadership experience will be considered.
