Job Description

A well-established and growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to provide strategic leadership and oversight of billing, collections, and accounts receivable operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven healthcare revenue cycle professional to lead a high-performing team, optimize financial performance, and support the organization's continued growth and success. Position Overview The Director of Revenue Cycle Management is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of all billing, accounts receivable, collections, and revenue cycle functions. This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant billing practices while driving improvements in cash flow, denial prevention, reimbursement optimization, and overall revenue cycle performance. The Director will provide centralized leadership across the full revenue cycle, partnering closely with Finance, Operations, Clinical Leadership, and Payer Relations teams to identify opportunities, resolve challenges, standardize workflows, and strengthen compliance. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, deep healthcare reimbursement knowledge, and a proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
