Full Job Description Director of Revenue Operations Location:
Remote (U.S.-based; East Coast flexibility a plus) The Opportunity Our client is a fast-growing, cash-flow-positive SaaS company with a stellar customer satisfaction track record and consistent year-over-year growth. They're scaling their team and need a Director of Revenue Operations to help build and optimize their revenue engine. You'll report directly to the CFO and work closely with a newly appointed CRO — high visibility, real impact, and room to grow. What You'll Do Own end-to-end rev ops spanning pipeline management, sales ops, and go-to-market processes Partner with Sales and Finance to design compensation plans, improve forecasting, and drive reporting Lead Salesforce administration and leverage tools to surface actionable insights Identify workflow gaps and implement automation, standardization, and best practices Build and develop a small but growing team across sales ops, marketing ops, and systems What We're Looking For 6+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment Strong Salesforce expertise Experience designing sales compensation and commission structures Strategic mindset with a hands-on, get-it-done approach Prior experience at a growth-stage company ($20M-$100M range) preferred Why This Role Seat at the leadership table with direct CFO and CRO partnership Equity in a profitable, growing business Fully remote with a flexible, results-driven culture Greenfield opportunity to build processes, systems, and team from the ground up
Compensation:
