The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) General Ledger (GL) Systems Manager role will: Serve as the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations functional and technical thought leader in the configuration of key financial integrations, GL structures, financial workflows, and audit controls in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Own and manage the integration between Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and the following systems: Basware, SureTax Sales & Purchase, Workday payroll and employee interfaces. Work with external software vendors. Work proactively to identify, communicate, and plan for anticipated financial relevant integration requirements. Develop positive relationships with finance partners which make it possible to influence positive change and contribute to collaboration. Evaluate the impact of system changes to both internal and external team members and stakeholders and guide in the creation and communication of those changes. Qualifications/Requirements:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field. Seven (7) years of experience in the position offered or related occupation. Must have experience with the following: Seven (7) years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations including purchasing, cost accounting, accounts receivable and payables; Five (5) years of experience with managing Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations integrations including Baseware AP (Accounts Payable), SureTax Sales, SureTax Purchasing and Workday HR (Human Resources); Four (4) years of experience with asset management specifically tracking and monitoring the total asset cost from project creation, forecasting spends, creating and configuring system controls to meet budget, computing asset conversions and depreciation schedules, and performing asset revaluations for improvements or depreciating assets; Configuring and maintaining Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Purchase order Workflow by product lines and a matrixed organizational hierarchy; Managing and maintaining document ITGC (Information Technology General Controls) and ITAC (Information Technology Application Controls) activities within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations environment; Software development for financial systems including planning scope and risk, gathering requirements with financial stakeholders, supporting high-level design and testing, assisting UAT (user acceptance testing) and issue documentation, deploying solutions by installation, configuration and mass data updates, reconciling financial data, and post-deployment follow-up; and Conducting and creating cost/benefit analyses and business cases.
