Job Description
Lead, mentor, and build a team — with the strength of a Fortune 100 firm behind you. The Fast Track to Management at New York Life is designed for high-achieving professionals who've led teams, built businesses, or completed advanced degrees — and are ready to grow into leadership. We start by investing in you. You'll begin as a Financial Professional , mastering our suite of insurance, retirement, and investment solutions. After meeting key milestones, you'll enter a six-month Associate Partner training program designed to help you recruit, coach, and lead your own team of advisors.
