Global FP&A Manager - Manufacturing Hybrid - Wayne, PA About the Opportunity A leading global manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Global FP&A Manager to partner with executive leadership and drive financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making across an international business segment. This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to collaborate with leaders across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and R D while leading global budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business transformation initiatives. What You'll Do Lead monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis for a global business unit Develop executive dashboards and performance metrics that drive strategic decision-making Partner with business leaders to improve profitability through financial analysis and actionable insights Manage the annual budget process and long-range strategic planning across multiple regions Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and FP&A transformation projects Support global consolidation activities, special projects, and M&A integration efforts Serve as a finance business partner to operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial leadership Champion data analytics and reporting enhancements using modern BI and automation tools What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field ( CPA and/or MBA preferred ) 15+ years of progressive Accounting and Finance experience within a manufacturing environment Strong background in FP&A, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and financial analysis Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and executive reporting SAP experience strongly preferred Proven project leadership skills with the ability to influence change across a global organization Strong analytical mindset and experience driving process improvements and automation initiatives Why Consider This Opportunity?
