Role Description The Finance Manager - North America Strategy role is a remote full-time position. The selected candidate will develop and execute financial strategies to support business growth, manage budgeting and forecasting processes, and oversee financial performance. They will provide financial insights to assist in strategic decisions, analyze market trends, and ensure compliance with local and global financial regulations. The Finance Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to optimize financial operations and identify opportunities for improvement. Qualifications Strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills Proficiency in financial analysis, data interpretation, and reporting Understanding of financial compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements Strong leadership abilities, team management, and collaboration skills Advanced knowledge of financial software and tools Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or CPA is a plus 5+ years of relevant financial management experience, preferably within the consumer goods or sustainability sector Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
