JOB DESCRIPTION
Meridian Equity is seeking a Finance Manager to assist with active real estate development and acquisition projects throughout Southern California.
Responsibilities may include:
Lender coordination Financial organization Construction financing support Project budgeting Business planning Document review Loan package preparation Vendor and consultant coordination General operational support
Preferred Experience:
Finance Accounting Banking Commercial lending Real estate development Construction finance Business operations
Ideal Candidate:
Highly organized Detail-oriented Strong communicator Comfortable working directly with ownership Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously This is initially a part-time contract position with the potential for expanded responsibilities based on performance and project growth.
