This role is designed to take the administrative burden off our management team by taking full ownership of bookkeeping, invoicing, and collections. You will also serve as our primary liaison with our external accounting firm, ensuring they receive accurate and timely financial data. Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & AP/AR:
Perform daily transaction entry and monthly bank reconciliations using QuickBooks .
Invoicing & Collections:
Generate customer invoices promptly and proactively manage the collections process to improve cash flow.
Accountant Liaison:
Serve as the main point of contact for our external CPA, preparing documentation and ensuring month-end records are organized and audit-ready.
Reporting & Correspondence:
Utilize Microsoft Excel for cash flow tracking and Microsoft Word for professional correspondence and document management.
Administrative Support:
Manage vendor files, process expense reports, and maintain organized financial records. Experience
QuickBooks:
Proficiency required (Online or Desktop).
Microsoft Excel:
Ability to manage spreadsheets and format data for management review.
Microsoft Word:
Skilled in drafting professional business letters and templates. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or financial administration.
Ability to work independently and manage a consistent agreed daily schedule.
Professional persistence and excellent communication skills for collections and vendor relations.
