DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee). The Impact you will have in this role: The Financial Planning & Analysis Associate role will provide full support to DTCC's FP&A's objectives. This includes developing budgets, forecasts and P&L management for different businesses and functions. It involves tracking performance vs. budgets and explaining variances and preparing financial performance presentations for senior management and board meetings. The overall objective is to partner with the business and functional managers to meet financial commitments and goals and assist management in making sound financial decisions.Your Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and present standard reporting to explain current financial performance and future trends Query, analyze and present data from multiple financial data sources to build budgets and forecasts and explain trends Develop relationships and credibility with key clients Work across multiple channels to assist in FP&A-wide projects Evaluate processes to drive efficiencies Additional ad-hoc responsibilities as needed •NOTE:

Minimum of 4 years of related experience Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Talents Needed forSuccess:
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (Masters/MBA preferred) 4-6 years experience in Financial Analysis/Accounting preferred Proficiency or experience with financial systems and Reporting Strong communicator who is a self-starter and highly motivated individual The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
