What You'll Do Lead and coordinate financial planning processes across the organization Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities Ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and integrity of financial information Prepare financial forecasts and provide analysis to support executive leadership Create and deliver financial performance summaries for senior leaders Partner with stakeholders across commercial, marketing, and operations functions Collaborate with global colleagues across multiple locations to support business goals What Makes You a Strong Fit 5+ years of financial planning & analysis within a biotechnology, biopharmaceutical, consumer products company where you are managing the planning and analysis for the commercial/sales group with a foundation in and an understanding of general accounting Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills coupled with strong systems skills, including financial modeling Proven experience working in a fast paced environment and changing deadlines and requirements
