This is a high‑visibility role responsible for leading enterprise‑wide financial reporting, planning, forecasting, performance management, and executive decision support. In this role, you'll own the planning and forecasting framework, develop executive dashboards and KPI scorecards, and translate data into meaningful insights, recommendations, and decision‑ready materials for leadership. Following each close, your time will focus on delivering reporting and analytics across the organization while partnering with leaders to understand performance drivers and uncover opportunities. During your first 30 days, you'll learn DeZURIK's business, people, and financial processes. By 60 days, you'll be working within our current analytics and reporting tools, including Domo and NetSuite, and taking ownership of planning and budgeting processes. By 90 days, you'll begin identifying quick wins and driving improvements in reporting, automation, and data clarity. Success in this role requires strong financial modeling and analytical skills, executive‑level communication, and the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. Curiosity, a continuous improvement mindset, and strong business acumen are essential. Experience with Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools is preferred. If you're energized by influencing decisions, partnering with leaders, and shaping financial processes that drive business performance, we'd love to have you on our team. This is a new, highly visible role with direct exposure to leadership and the opportunity to shape DeZURIK's financial processes for the future.
