Full Job Description Summary:

Responsible for overseeing fiscal and financial management operations, including budgeting, expenditure control, accounting activities, payroll oversight, financial reporting, and staff supervision within a state agency environment.

Timing :

8:30am to 4:00pm

Duties:

Manage agency fiscal and financial operations Monitor expenditures and provide budgetary and cost control support Prepare and analyze financial, statistical, and budget reports Maintain payroll, accounts receivable, and fiscal records Develop budgets, overhead rates, and indirect cost proposals Supervise and direct staff engaged in fiscal management operations Coordinate with state agencies and support compliance with financial policies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field Experience in fiscal, financial, or business management Knowledge of budgeting, accounting, and governmental financial practices Strong analytical, organizational, and supervisory skills Experience with grant funding or government agencies preferred #

VMS Pay:

$31.00 - $33.00 per hour
