Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$110,000- $130,000 15% annual bonus opportunity Equity participation Fully remote (must be able to work East Coast business hours) Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly financial analysis Partner with executive leadership to provide insights that drive strategic business decisions Analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable recommendations Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPI reporting Support month-end and quarter-end financial review processes Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, marketing, and accounting teams Assist with board, investor, and leadership reporting Contribute to process improvements and scalability initiatives as the company continues to grow Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required 5+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience required Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, including financial modeling, due diligence, and integration planning MBA, CPA, or CFA designation a plus If you're looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact within a high-growth organization while enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote environment, we'd love to hear from you.
