Job Description
Eaton's Bussmann Division is currently seeking a FP&A Manager. This is a hybrid position (3 days on-site, 2 days remote per week) that can be based at our Moon Township, PA, Ellisville, MO or Beachwood, OH location. The expected annual salary range for this role is $97000 - $143000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. ## What you'll do: Eaton's finance organization is continually enhancing its capabilities and striving to deliver a best-in-class operation through the implementation of advanced processes, technologies, and talent development initiatives. The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Pillar will be tasked with providing strategic and financial leadership to their assigned Division. This role involves driving insights and actions from data and analytics, as well as presenting compelling narratives that influence decision-making and enhance performance. The individual in this position will collaborate with various functions and groups to deliver timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and analysis. Additionally, they will promote a culture of change and continuous improvement by leveraging best practices and benchmarks to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function and the business. This role will report into the Bussmann Finance Director initially and at some point in the future move into the pillar reporting structure up through Eaton's Electrical Sector Americas team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute the planning and forecasting process for Bussmann Division towards defined targets, ensuring consistency and alignment across the organization.
- Provide reporting, analysis, and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders based on data-driven insights, scenario modeling, and business knowledge.
- Create and deliver presentations and narratives that communicate complex financial information and insights clearly and concisely.
- Promote a culture of change and continuous improvement by identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance the FP&A processes, systems, tools, and capabilities.
- Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and other functions to ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives and support strategic growth initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to identify trends, business opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Provide cross sector support through Bussmann's org structure - Electrical Sector Americas, Mobility and Electrical Sector APAC.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic)Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting/finance experience including a minimum of 1 year of FP&A responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree from an accredited institution
- CPA
- Experience creating financial models to identify opportunities and risks, and leading and driving budgeting and forecasting processes
- Experience working with financial software and tools to report data, plan outcomes and drive insights and decisions
- FP&A focused experience partnering with business leaders to drive successful outcomes with a focus on strategic planning and business partnering at the leadership level ##
Skills:
- Strong financial acumen and business partnering skills
- Comprehensive knowledge GAAP, Sarbanes Oxley, and Managerial Accounting
- Ability to understand and communicate financial concepts to non-financial professionals
- Detail-oriented with effective organization and time management skills
